Raquel Soteldo is a Registered Psychotherapist in Ontario with a sharp blend of clinical training and real-world experience. With a Master’s in Counseling Psychology and accreditation as a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCPA) and Project Management Professional (PMP), she brings structured, compassionate care to individuals and professionals alike .

Narcissistic Abuse & Trauma Recovery: Raquel is a certified Narcissistic Abuse Treatment Clinician, trained by leading experts such as Dr. Ramani Durvasula, Bessel van der Kolk, Sandra Brown, Arielle Schwartz, and others. Her own personal experience empowers her to guide survivors with empathy and insight .
Trauma-Related Symptoms: She supports clients dealing with complex trauma, including C-PTSD, narcissistic abuse, unhealthy attachment patterns, domestic violence, and survivors of sexual and emotional trauma .
Additional Areas of Focus: Raquel also works with individuals facing challenges such as undiagnosed ADHD, anxiety, depression, OCD, relationship struggles, parenting stress, and identity recovery after trauma or narcissistic entanglements .
