It is through getting to know each other first that we will know if this will work for you. Let's meet and chat.

Let's talk for at least 4 sessions and see where the need really is. The need to relieve ourselves from the scattered thoughts are primary. Then comes the treatment plan. Recognizing the effects of this relationship on your nerveous system, personality and soul.

We are diving deep into the effects of this relationship on you. We are looking at your relationship with self and others, schema word, Family Systems work, Bio-psycho-social dynamics that have been impacted from this disastrous situation.

Being authentic means practicing and applying the new insights into your new life. This transcendental mindset shift will come with a price. You will now be more aware of boundaries, be more selective in exercising empathy, and learning more about how to please yourself and meet your core standards for living.

Experience what the stories are behind women you may meet on a regular basis and yet never thought they were going through the same struggles that you are/were. A community of awareness and self-love is what you are entering now.

Therapy is one thing, the other one is psychoeducation on the topic. Yes, we are all well informed with social media but that also has its own agenda/algorithym. Let's see it from a compassionate-based, psychotherapy specific, with the growth mindset and expertise from an experienced therapist.

Trauma-informed therapy for identity wounds, anxiety, and C-PTSD.

Structured healing for trauma bonds, cognitive dissonance, and emotional harm.

Subconscious reprogramming for guilt, shame, and internalized narratives.

Support for high-conflict separation, communication, and emotional stabilization.

Trauma-informed mediation & communication facilitation for conflict-heavy cases.

Structured pathways for long-term emotional freedom.

A Safer Way to Mediate

Traditional mediation often fails when one party is high-conflict or manipulative.

Finding out that the person you loved may have been abusive and narcissistic is the hardest part of it all. The betrayal, confusion, sadness and rage that may come upon you are extremely heavy and can bring out feelings and emotions that may be very difficult to deal with alone.

If you visit this page, please know you are not alone. It takes courage and bravery to get to the point of seeking help, and I congratulate you for beginning your healing journey. I have been working with Victims of Narcissistic Abuse throughout my entire career as a Registered Psychotherapist and Certified Narcissistic Abuse Treatment Clinician (Trained by Dr.  Ramani Durvasula, Arielle Schwartz, Sandra Brown, Claudia Paradise, William Brennan, Sherri Renner, Amy Marlow-MaCoy, Bessel van der Kolk, David Nowell and more). I have been studying Narcissistic Personality Disorder, Sociopathy and Psychopathy for 20 years. I have been a victim of this cluster of personality disorders many times in my entire life. Today, I can tell you clearly that You can heal from this, and you will too!

As a therapist, I specialize in Narcissistic Abuse Recovery, Undiagnosed ADHD, Domestic Violence, OCD and High Anxiety, Sexual Discomfort and Sex therapy, Sociopathic Relationships, Sexual Trauma, and Child Psychology. I use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Self-Positive Psychology, Psychoanalysis, Applied Behavioural Analysis, Mindfulness/Spirituality, BioPsychoSocial, Attachment-based, and Solutions-Focused Therapy.

Our therapy will look like this: First, we will take it one session at a time. We will meet in person (on Tuesdays at 1 Rideau in Ottawa) or via Zoom to discuss your pain. I sympathize with you and validate your experience because it matters to me. I want you to know that I am a non-judgemental and committed therapist. I work outside our session and send you information that will expand your knowledge in the field, and your healing will progressively surface. Those wounds, too, shall heal. You, too, shall heal!

We will assess for Co-dependency, Narcissistic Abuse, Narcissistic Personality Disorder, Severity of the issue, Depression, Anxiety, C-PTSD, OCD, Attachment styles, relational issues, communication styles, C-PTSD and more.

As you begin to heal, you will see it more and more in your life. You will suddenly see the past as something that happened to you but not who you are. You are someone who deserves healing; you deserve better relationships in the future, the ability to recognize red flags, recognize your attachment and conflict styles, and the influence of your past on your present moment. We will also learn about your relationships with the first humans you ever met (i.e., parents, siblings, family, etc.) and study those patterns. Healing is a beautiful process. It allows you to be your true self, reach your highest potential, and live a life full of wellness and hope rather than sadness and confusion. This is my goal and my wish for you!

I consider myself an authentic therapist, and you can ask my supervisors; they will tell you about my transparency and honesty and how much they admire it. I look forward to speaking with you soon! I am here whenever you need me. I also have weekly support groups on Fridays, available to all clients with zero shame!
